Peters Signed by Stars

21 year old Center Taylor Peters, was signed by the Dallas Stars to a 3 year entry level contract. The Stars already have 9 former WHL players that have played at least one game for them this year. This includes former Hawks: Brenden Morrow and Coltion Sceviour.

It's great to see Peters get signed by an NHL team, though he has a long way to go before he will play at the the top level in the game. Peters does have quite a few things working in his favor, however: He is 6'3" 207 lbs and could fill out even more; he was just voted the best defensive forward and best faceoff man in the Western Conference by his peers and he seems to be great in the locker room. Here's hoping he works his way into a career similar to that of former Hawk and Dallas Captain Morrow.
